Drawers instead of kickboards?

I'm still browsing various kitchen suppliers' showrooms trying to get started on planning my new kitchen. One (Magnet) showed me drawers under the cabinets, which would work really well for me as every little bit of storage helps in a tiny kitchen. None of the other mentioned this and I couldn't see any in the other showrooms, so is it something that isn't standard or could the others add it too?

It's a brilliant idea , so much space lost with kickboards.

If you're having an under counter oven you can get a skirting board drawer that includes the narrow space/drawer under the oven making a nice sized pan drawer.

Hafele used to sell the bits for this

We have this with our Howdens kitchen

I have one under-counter/plinth drawer (under the oven) which came with the Howden kitchen which was already installed when we moved in. It's very good indeed. It had never occurred to me to have more in place of the kickboards underneath the other units, but if this is an option for you, I"d go for it. Kickboards are fucking pants - they just get knocked out of place and collect crud. Does anyone know of good, solid kickboards that are sturdy and stay in place? I will buy that kitchen when we change, if so!

We have a new kitchen and the pedestals are shorter so you get more space in the cupboards. They’re from Mopalpa. Only a little bit more expensive than Howdens (we have gone for the cheapest doors).

Thank you. I've got a couple of companies coming out to pitch designs in the new year, but research on here seems to imply that I need firm ideas, so am glad to hear your Howdens kitchen has that option @StarveInn.
