Boiler flue coming through roof not looking correct.

We've just had a new roof fitted and the boiler flue coming through the roof looks really shoddily done. It also looks like the bottom of the boiler flue is wonky, which it never was. Can anyone confirm whether I should be unhappy with this work?

I would ask them to have another look at it, the tile looks loose to me.

Really it needs checking by a gas engineer, after a flue has been bashed about like that there could be any kind of leaks etc.
Also the flashing has a big gap under by the looks do rain will blow under.
