Similar downstairs re the kitchen / diner / sun room / lounge Other wise very different . We are nearing bungalow age hence the interest in the Maxstoke but still have teenagers , hence the Dutchess . One teen already at Uni and no intention of coming back to this area so she says .
We are thinking of buying the smaller , more expensive bungalow . Anyone of any experience of the same Dilemma regardless of house builder please tell free to pitch in.
