Porting mortgage how long for approval tsb

I’ve just completed an application to port our TSB mortgage to a new property. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it usually straightforward?

Our buyers did this, we accepted their offer mid October and it took no time at all, believe it was all done within a week. We're completing in a couple of weeks so whole process took 2 months though they did come late to the party as our previous buyers pulled out right before exchange.

We did this and it was very straight foward - although it was a couple of years ago and we did it in the branch with a mortgage advisor, not online.
Having said that we've just used their online system to fix our mortgage and it took less than 30 minutes!
