Perhaps someone knowledgeable could be kind enough to advise me about the requirements for completing box 12 Execution.

In particular, does this box need to contain something in addition to the signatures of the parties to the transfer, and the signatures of their witnesses?

I happen to have one in front of me and the solicitor has pencilled in what needs to be done. In this case it's the signature of the owner(s) plus the signature/name/address of the witness.

I can't see anything else that might need to go in there but I am certainly no expert or knowledgable!
