I had my wooden floor relaquered today and came home to see these dents in the floor (it was dark when I came home). There's probably a dozen or so across the hallway/dining room.
They definitely weren't there before and I assume resulted from the heavy machinery they brought in.
I need to respond to the emailed invoice tomorrow and I'm not sure if I'm being too picky or if this is unacceptable. If so, what remedy can I ask for?
