Is the ring doorbell easy to set up?
How long does it take?

Thanks everyone it's useful to know I am more getting it for security than anything else so that I can have evidence as my neighbour is harassing us So if there's a delay while that's not great, what I'm really getting it for is evidence in case he does something

That's why we got ours - we have a wide angle zone on it but he still manages to cause damage etc whilst staying out of shot - so whilst he is doing stuff we still haven't managed to catch him in the act. He also managed to knock our internet off which meant the doorbell didn't work 🤦🏼‍♀️

Also crossed my mind about damage he could do from the outside like you say
But I need to get it
Also plan on getting cameras but they haven't come yet. Hoping nothing will happen before they come

What happened with your situation? Was yours harassment? Was it logged with the police? Is it still ongoing or did it stop?

Look at the Eufy systems, great quality better in terms of security (hard drive in the house) and no subscription charges. They do a doorbell but we bought their cameras and kept the existing doorbell as I get an alert anytime someone walks towards the door and can talk through them etc. Set up took about 2 mins!
