Which plot?

I posted the other day asking about plot 21 or 91. 21 has now sold and we put a flexible early bird reservation down on 91. However, 84 has just been released and we could change our reservation to 84 and complete sooner. So what which would you go for… 84 or 91?

The top of the map is north.

I live on a new build estate and there are always youths causing trouble on the park and banging on doors close by to the park. I think I'd be wary in case similar happened on the cycle park but it's hard to tell without seeing the set up in real life.

84 is Very overlooked

Is 86 available?

I would pick 91 as the parking is right next to the house, I might be reading that wrong though but if it was raining and you were bringing your shopping in, I wouldn’t want to be walking over the grass at number 84.

They both look lovely from above so good luck whichever one you pick.

84 has a bigger garden faces south which is good for a back garden.
91 is more of a west garden so you will get evening and afternoon sun which is nice too.

Overlooked wise not much in it.

Will the land off the map opposite 91 be built on?

91. It’s more private,garden facing a better direction. Front looks onto grass instead of a road. The one thing in 84s favour is the slightly bigger garden, but I’d still go 91.

84 has just been released for sale now, so we could reserve it and move in in around 6 months. 91 won’t be released for a while yet, but we have early birded it meaning we get first refusal on it when it is released for sale. This probably means 91 will be more expensive than 84 but I do prefer the location and it gives us more time to save.

For those asking what’s on the other side of the line for 91 - nothing yet. Probably another development eventually though. There will be trees and a big hedge in between though so I can live with that.

@Noamy yes it’s an attenuation pond. We went to view another house with an attenuation pond out the front and it was quite nice. Looks like a bit of a swamp to be honest but there was a little duck family which lived on it so I liked it.

Christ on a bike, all the houses look on one another, absolutely no privacy. I suppose that new build.
Id personally go for 91 if I had to choose
