Hi there.

We are potentially looking to relocate to Devon/Somerset. We have small DC.

We'd ideally like somewhere rural/semi-rural with a decent amount of land so that we can become relatively self sufficient (chickens, pigs, growing veg etc and possibly a horse for me)

We would both be working from home so would also like somewhere with a community as we don't want to be isolated and want to make friends both for us and for the DC.

We love food. So would also be good to be somewhere that has nice places to eat/farm shops/markets.

Any recommendations?

We are planning a visit soon to scope out areas and view a few houses.

Clapton in Somerset might be worth a look. It has a primary school that's a 10 minute ish drive away (Winsham County Primary)
