I'm looking for a stylish 4 bed family house with decent garden, fairly urgently.. Budget up to £1.5 million. Within 25 mins drive of Esher, but preferably closer. Would like something with character and friendly neighbours, and not just an executive home...but willing to compromise. Not much available right now. I'd prefer a period property, or really well designed modern home. Any ideas? Thanks.
