Anyone used BOXT for a new boiler?

Am going to get a new combi boiler, I've had quotes from local installers/companies but they're so full of provisos - including one that won't be responsible for my radiators heating up post install - I actually had to get a friend who's a lawyer to interpret them for me. I've been talking to BOXT and their pricing and service sounds excellent. But it' seems so much better compared to my experience of local installers, I wonder if it's too good to be true. Anyone used them? What did you think? Any unanticipated problems?

I did and it's been fine. They've come out quickly when there was an issue and it all seems fine. Got a free Google nest with it that I've never really figured out but other than that...

I did. Not combi but a replacement of boiler and cylinder. Much cheaper than local quotes, availability was good and I picked my date. The installer was a bit messy and it needed an electrician to come and do a final part the next day but otherwise all good.

I got the free Google speaker too and I love it! And a little tile that helps me find my keys when I lose them.

I used them for DM. Clear pricing, excellent service, all good. Also got about £75 cashback through topcashback.
