Really awkward room layout

How would you furnish this room. The TV is 55” and the door cannot be moved due to the staircase.

I can’t see how we could make this work.

The start point is brand new furniture apart from the tele which isn’t a compromise

Two zones. Sofa and chairs toward the front of the room. The top right corner a small round table with 4 chairs for games etc. Small bookcase for storage to the left of it. Or a cosy reading chair with footstool and a throw instead of table, side table for wine glass, bookcase to the left

An L shaped sofa top right corner. Tv above the fire
