I recently had a slipped roof tile fixed, and the repair bloke commented he was worried the tiles around my solar panel didn't have a cement edging.
It's a relatively new build house (under 10 years), and nothing surprises me about corners having been cut in the build.
This requirement sounds plausible to me, but before I agree to work being done, does anyone have any knowledge/know if this sounds right/necessary?
