Wood or wood effect flooring

Anyone have an idea what it would cost to have a wooden floor put in the downstairs of a 4 bed semi. Or should i be looking at wood alternatives?

Best thing for you to do is measure your rooms (or get the old estate agents measurements) then look at flooring places using your measurements to calculate a rough price.

Sorry the reason I said that is I have friends who live in a 4 bed semi. Their old house was also a 4 bed semi but a third bigger.

Sorry I should have said it was a house ive seen for sale. We already had wood floors in ours so no experience of paying for them.
Maybe I can use the floor plan. Thank you
