Thoughts on this loft conversion..

Can I have peoples thoughts on this floor plan please? Originally I was quite adamant that we have a dressing room. One thing that bugs me with loft conversions is that the bed ends up against the eaves because a wardrobe needs the big wall. A dressing room just means there's two walls essentially a wardrobe can go up against (both sides of the dressing room wall). We wanted an office (which could be a single room when we come to sell) and a separate bathroom but I'm now thinking we can just use the office as separate wardrobe space if needed and would be nice to have a huge bedroom? If you had this space would you rather a huge bedroom or a smaller one with more wardrobe space? The actual bedroom feels a big small. Thoughts?

Sleep in the blue, get dressed in the green, move the en-suite along (maybe you can’t). When you sell it is 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and an office space in the landing. Need a roof light and a desk.
It depends on what is at the bottom of the stairs and whether you feel it’s not private enough essentially coming onto the landing.
Unless you are moving within the next 5 years the do it for you and not some random buyer.

I actually really like it as it is. I like having a separate office space and a separate dressing room so that all you need in the bedroom is a bed and a couple of bedside tables. It keeps the bedroom tidy and clutter free. The office space seems a great size to me as does the dressing room. I would possibly increase size of en suite a little into the landing.
