Paint colour for a hallway that is really light and really dark?

We live in a town house with a very dark downstairs hallway, gets lighter on the middle floor and is brilliantly light (with sky lights) on the top floor. Floors are Oak on the first two floors, and carpet in the ubiquitous ‘Cloudy Bay’ on the stairs and top floor landing. Any suggestions for paint colours that would work all the way through? (Current is probably magnolia - though it’s got quite peachy tones to it - I’m really not a fan!)

We used Dulux Timeless in our light hall and dark landing. It's not as stark as white but not as creamy as magnolia. Works well in both areas.

We have F&B Dix Blue on our similar sounding stairs. As it ascends it goes from a slightly grey blue in the basement to a more greeny colour at the very light top floor but as it is all the same paint it changes colour quite subtly with the light.
