Our plumber was initially booked in for September but a couple of weeks ago had a cancellation that suited us, to begin ripping out on Wednesday. We ordered all the kit from Victorian Plumbing on 12 August with £££ delivery but nothing’s been dispatched yet, their customer service is very “here’s a fake live chat that redirects to our FAQ, does that help?”, tracking just says “Sorry, yours is late but a priority”, and customer service email turnaround is apparently 72 hours.
We need to get stuff on site for Thursday/Friday. No longer care about aesthetic, just whatever works! Tiles, flooring and bath are sorted, but anyone got any recommendations or places to avoid that we could do a last-minute next-day delivery order from that will actually get there the next day? Already know to avoid Victoria Plum, any other horror shows? Aware of supply chain issues, just need something for someone to plumb in now.
