I am despairing! We have Jeldwen sliding sashes in our 16 year old house. One of the sash mechanisms has broken so the window has to be wedged either open or closed. It's currently permanently (wedged) closed. I can't find anyone to fix it and even contacted Jeldwen who were useless. Has anyone had the same problem and what did you do? We're in Essex.
