Please recommend internal doors for a house

Internal doors in our house are about 35 year old and many have damaged lock area. They are quite think, probably plywood, I am not expert. Our builder said that the toilet door is so damaged that he would not be able to install a new lock.
I would like to replace all internal doors, eight in total but not sure where to look for a reasonably priced decent quality doors.
Our builder is getting our new kitchen from Howdens. Howdens do doors too but there are neither prices nor reviews on Howdens website. Would Howdens door be durable and not too expensive?

I've bought all mine from here
www.vibrantdoors.co.uk/choose-your-door/internal/fire-doors/prefinished-mexicano-oak-door
they're really nice quality and good service.

Wayfair does them...and a lot of building merchants. My parents got theirs for our local building merchant yard

We had new doors from Howdens, they weren't too expensive and have been fine so far, I love them!

We can't buy doors. Because of Brexit

Try Todds Doors. Leading Uk door supplier www.todd-doors.co.uk

I'm getting ours from Todd Doors.

Try to visit a showroom if you can. The ones I thought I wanted to order online weren't the ones I liked when I went into the showroom.

Also, lots of the doors are out of stock!!! I couldn't order my first two choices.

We got ours from haldane fisher, builder also recommended magnet and a local builders merchant. I also got two from Facebook that were brand new 150 for 2 rather than £150 each.

You have to factor in new handles and locks too. We are paying about £1000 for 5 new doors and ironmomgery.

You can get cheaper …but don’t go too cheap. .

We had 7 pre finished oak doors from Howdens and paid around £1300 for them. That’s including delivery, fitting and handles. I’m really pleased with them.

Check the door size. If the existing doors are not the current standard size that will really influence what you can choose between. My doors were much smaller than the current standard and had to be cut down to fit. Couldn't afford solid wood and most doors didn't have enough solid wood around the edges to be able to cut them down to fit the doorframes.
