When was this built? As in which era?
And is it a local authority house or a historical private development?

I absolutely love the massive windows in my house, but it is cold in winter and v hot right now. I need better glazing - another potential £££ if it is an issue for you.

If the ceilings are artex they may contain asbestos.

I'd say 60s/70s, private build. Love the house style inside - usually very spacious, bright and optimistic.
