Has anyone used this company? I want to replace a very dated banister (twisted poles) in dark wood with something modern and simple. It's a straight run from the hall to the landing. I know it's possible to buy kits to DIY but we have too much on to do it ourselves.
I also want to know what happens to the carpet on the stairs. It would need lifting to I assume we'd need a carpet fitter to re-lay it. Yes?
