Anyone used Boomins property site?

I signed up about a month ago following a mailshot from one of the agents we're registered with. So far seems a big heap of nothing - the "secret properties" being valued haven't changed in the month and there's only one "matchmaker seller" in my area, who also hasn't changed but also doesn't seem to have listed Hmm

Just wondered what other people's experiences were? Probably won't come off, as am pretty desperate to move and any port in a storm, but so far I'm rather unimpressed!

Rightmove and Zoopla are pretty much a duopoly.

Any other new entrants are just noise. Agents have always had the ability to 'market discreetly' if people so desire, but that tends to be for really high end or unusual properties.

I did have a look at it, and another similar one who I can't remember, and just thought it seemed a bit of a waste of time.

Just had a nosey. Nothing that I haven't seen before and 6 'secret properties' that are miles away from my search area. Doesn't seem like anything I couldn't get via Rightmove or an EA. Not too impressed on first glance.

I have yes. The houses were the same as on Rightmove and others they'd 'found' were way out of the area I'd put into the search.
Gone back to Zoopla/Rightmove and On the Market.
