Hello

Location: London

We are looking to plaster a large room, small hallway, 2 medium size rooms and a tiny box room including walls and ceilings. We have requested to plaster the fireplace area also, add 2 central heaters and replace 2, add spotlights to large room, hallway, 2 medium size rooms and 1 box room. Painting of 1 medium room and box room also and replacing switches. Building materials, switches and spotlight fittings, skip hire included in the fitting. We have been quoted 6k. Does that seem reasonable?

Thanks in advance.

Yes. Completely reasonable.

Yes that sounds fine.

Yes. I added up 6.5 - 7k in my head.

Also in London and just paid 1k for a hall + ceilings to be done.

Yep, totally reasonable. We're in London and just paid £1.5k to have our master bedroom re-boarded and re-plastered, new skirting, new architraves etc.
