Hoping to tap in to a bit of local knowledge!
We are planning to move to Chesham and have started viewing houses.
We have looked a house on Pheasant Rise and another house which backing directly on to the River Chess. Does anyone live around that street and are there any issues? Any preference over these two roads? Both properties are detached.
We are moving mainly for future schooling (Grammar schools) for DD who is 6.
