we have been looking for a house to continue our smallholding for well over 1 year now and realise that if we are going to get somewhere soon we are going to have to compromise somewhere. (as our budget is £400k)

so a bungalow has come up but its in spilsby town center.
i love village life so would have preferred a village but the schools are good and thats the main concern.

does anyone have any information or advice on living in spilsby town center?

thank you all in advance :)

It's OK... Good fish and chips (Mantles) and not much else! I personally prefer Horncastle/Woodhall Spa

I couldn't really say. I'm Lincs born and bred so it's all very normal to me! I wouldn't say people are particularly one way or the other.
