How often does your window cleaner come ?

And I’m not asking you to quiz him next time !!!
Mine last cleaned ours in March and they’re filthy. We have no contract, he just took over from the various ones we’ve had over the years.
I was just wondering how often you would expect your windows to be cleaned, I thought something between 6-8 weeks.

I asked him to come every 8 weeks, and he does, give or take. He does next door's at the same time, so it works well for all of us.

Every 6 weeks.
We had no luck with random individuals so now use a company that does a range of house maintenance stuff.

My husband is a window cleaner. He does his rounds on 6, 8 or 12 week rotatations. Unless you're near a busy road, or you have lots of trees close by you don't really need anything less than 6 weeks because the windows don't get dirty enough. He personally feels that it's fleecing people to do it on a 4 week rotation (plus it makes his life more difficult because where possible he tries to keep his rounds the same so that there is minimal travel and he can keep his costs low)

Monthly

Started off doing it every 3 wks but at a tenner a go I decided to cut it down to every 6wks. Sometimes they weren't very dirty inbetween the 3wks and is not even notice they had been cleaned.

I think u need a new window cleaner sounds like they can't arsed.

I think mine is every 8 weeks (pay when he puts a card through the door) about £12 a time

Monthly

Every 2 months, it seems about right. He does lots on the same road at the same time. The only trouble is I never know when he is coming, and as we don't keep cash in the house, I never have money to give him (£15 a time), so have to dash to the cash point while he is there.

They were when he used to turn up! Bit excessive really but just one of those things I'd forget about otherwise

Every four weeks throughout the year. It’s his income/sole job so I can’t just pick and choose when I want him. Can’t do it myself and he does a good job so I’m happy .

Every 12 weeks here, £15 a time.

Am interested in what people are paying now, ours is £25 every 8 weeks for a 3 bed cottage style detached house, I don’t mind because he’s reliable, I can pay on line and he’s a lovely chap.

Every 4-5 weeks and I pay him £12. Not sure he's worth the money but I know i wouldn't do them myself so daren't cancel!

We pay £10 when he bothers to turn up.

My window cleaner comes when I request it, typically 4/5 times a year. £40 for inside and out, £20 if I just want the outside done.
