Getting rid of cigarette smell

Hi there,

I recently moved into a property which the previous owner had smoked in. I cleaned all walls and ceilings down with vinegar, have decorated and laid flooring down but I can still smell it. Does anyone have any other tips, or do I need to shell out for an ozone generator?

Have you cleaned/ replaced light bulbs and cleaned down the back of radiators?

On another forum ozone generator was the unanimous verdict, (for cars).

Did you do windows too? Longer term, time will do it. Ours took a few extra months after redecorating for it to completely go away.
