Looking for some advice. We are looking at property in the Epsom/West Ewell area as it is great for commute for both of us. We have found a few nice properties on Horton lane particularly on the Clarendon estate. This area looks beautiful to us, but have been doing some research. The crime rate seems to be quite high around here despite on the surface looking like a safe place. I know from my research longmead road is the place to stay away from.
Would appreciate any local knowledge on the Horton area!
