HI! Can anyone advise? Builders suppose to convert garage into a disabled room. Started in March and now left 50% to finish. Wet room not installed, no flooring in wet room, wires not hooked up. Texted and called no answers, emailed. Please can you advised. My mum is in tears paid 75% of project and only 50% completed
