Garage conversion: exposed trusses!

Hi there! We have left the trusses exposed in our garage conversion. See attached. This is still work in progress but shall we paint white (so it blends with the ceilings etc when we get there) or does would you just stain and leave? Thoughts please?

paint them dust-colour, with a faint pattern shaped like cobwebs.

End result! If anyone is interested. Quite a narrow room, but pleased with my new office space! 😊

Only with temporary lighting at the moment...
