Our agent had told us they have had an email from your solicitor to say they have all the replies to enquires in and they are about to be reviewed. What does this mean? Does it sound like we are close to exchange?

Getting close, but when they review the enquiries, they could then have more enquires!

What if the buyer is ok with the enquiries raised? Or is that not important.
