We are considering a move to East Dulwich/borders next year. We have budget for either a large flat or small house (we are buying). Do you have any particular areas/streets you recommend looking at? Any particular positives or negatives to consider depending on where? We know we like the area just east of Lordship Lane, but wondered if we were missing any other lovely parts.
