We're FTB and saw a lovely conversion yesterday where the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the living spaces above. Would this put anyone off buying and why? Aware I might have my judgement clouded by the lovely kitchen!

We live in one, most are built on hills or steep slopes . Ours has access (drives ) on both lvls so no problem with shopping ,bins etc. I always said I wanted a house on a flat plot , but ended up with a house on the side of a hill.😀.

It’s great in summer when it’s red hot as the bedrooms downstairs are a bout 10 degrees cooler and with 2 sides being underground it’s also really quiet in bed, if there’s a storm you can just see the trees moving through the window and Hartley hear a thing.

Here’s a few pics from the listing when we bought it.
