Kitchen dilemma

Hi all,
Just after some feedback on which tiles to chose for our new kitchen.
I’m really scared of making the wrong decision, so need help!
Kitchen is a a sage colour.
I feel white metro (probably mini metro) is the sage choice.
But I’m very tempted by a patterned tile, especially one from Fired Earth 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks all for the input.
In a way I’m hoping I won’t like the patterned tile sample when it turns up, as then the decision is made for me.
We’ll see.

I think it’s the patchwork thing, it just jars on me a bit.
Thank you though
