Ruggable rugs

I am looking to replace our large living room rug with one from ruggable - main factor being because they are washable.

They are fairly pricey - if you have one, would you recommend? Are there any decent alternatives?

I have one, but I wouldn't recommend it. I've washed it a couple of times, and we don't use shoes in the house, but the rug has discoloured and doesn't look great. Also, each time that we separate the two parts of the rug, it sheds loads of black particles from the backing. It's now in the basement while I decide what to do with it. Most likely it's going in the bin.

I have the Absida rainbow rug.

That’s handy to know thanks.

alternatively I’m wondering if I should get a totter and tumble playmat instead for my baby. Again I’m not sure if this will
be safe to place on Amtico flooring. Anyone got a Totter and Tumble on LVT flooring?
