Anyone used Drench for their bathroom?

Just that really. Buying a new bathroom for the first time in my life and am super worried I’ll make the wrong decision by using a dud company. Drench stuff looks lovely but online reviews are very mixed and not sure what to trust - apart from you lovely peeps. Experiences please?

I’ve ordered from Drench a couple of times and they’ve been fab, including when things got a bit complicated because I needed to order replacement parts (the builders damaged some of the fittings).

I got out shower tray and doors from Drench. Really helpful, delivered when they said they would, and when I decided to swap the shower tray for a slightly smaller one they charged a reasonable price (£15, I think?) to collect the previous one and deliver the new one. Wish I'd used them for everything as Victorian Plumbing kept delaying their delivery date.

Yes, got some fitting from them. They were really nice quality, good heft to them. One was missing a part and they sent another quickly - unfortunately that was slightly damaged so they sent another. Excellent customer services despite the minor problems.

We used drench for shower tray & screen and taps. Nice quality & no issues with delivery. I’d use them again

I’ve ordered a few things from Drench recently during our renovation. If you ask a question via the online chat the person you speak to will also give a bit of a discount ! I’ve done this twice now and both times got around £40 off . You don’t even need to ask they just do ! You have to pay via a link and PayPal that way too .

Had an awful experience with Drench with several damaged and faulty goods that they refused to replace. Check their one-star Trustpilot reviews, all complaining of damaged ware.
