Keen to know what to expect in terms of cost for 40sqm open plan ground floor? Would need to include preparing the existing floor by repairing sub-floor floorboards where necessary, denailing, screwing down, etc. plus a ply layer on top, for the new floor to be laid on and finally new skirting boards.
