white or off white (pale grey) matt kitchen

as part of a kitchen living room - I like the idea of matt white - will have a navy statement island but getting cold feet thinking it may be too stark? work tops very pale grey with white line running through that will also be the splash back . the white will be a bank of floor to ceiling cupboards and a low base units only. Floor will be large neutral coloured tiles an d there will be a sofa and Tv in the other end of the room. Lots of modern large art on white painted wall. the house is a victorian terrace but extension is modern with flat roof and roof lights. any thoughts or things you wish you had done with this colour

Hi I have a matt white (porcelain) kitchen but with a dark grey island so similar.

We have painted one end of the room timeless and the other beachcomb grey (pale soft grey) so may give you an idea of what it may look like

@ShalomJackie that looks lovely ! have you found your floor hard wearing ? I was considering very large tiles as we have a large dog and our wooden floor has been trashed but like yours!

It is actually wood effect ceramic tiles!!!

@ShalomJackie I saw a picture of your kitchen on another thread and loved it. What worktop do you have and is it the same on the white units?

Are the doors painted white or wrapped?

OP fully sympathise, sounds like we are designing very similar rooms in a very similar way and I have the same concerns!
