Hi .Is it normal for a Highstreet independent EA to ask for a fee for photos,floorplan and energy certificate to be paid upfront total £160. Last time we sold eight years ago it was no sale no fee.The fee for sale is 0.8% which was quite a surprise aswell .Thankyou.
