boiler in attic bedroom

Is this safe? We have been offered a house but one room is in the attic and has an exposed boiler and lots of pipes. It's already putting me off as I don't know how I'll relax in there.

Get it put in a cupboard. Not much difference to having it in the kitchen. It’s nit mandatory to have a boiler in the kitchen.

We had a boiler in our bedroom in our old house (in a cupboard). The noise annoyed me. I’d be ok with it as long as I also had a CO alarm.
