Hi everyone,
Would you please give me some ideas for replacing our bathroom light. I was thinking of the Art Deco style like this one?
What do you think or there are other you think would be nicer. Does not have to be a 1930s or art deco style .
Thank

I think that’s really nice, is your bathroom quite traditional? It would go beautifully with some wood panelling or lovely tiles.

Yes, we have kept the original features throughout the whole house inc the bathroom. Thanks for the thumbs up.

There are building reg rules for bathroom light fittings. Ok if the original, but as soon as the electrician changes it, it has to comply.

As long as it’s the right type of fitting ( class 1 or 2 - double insulated for an unearthed circuit etc.) it’s fine. Why would anyone need an electrician to change a light fitting Confused

You might not need one and I might not need one, but the OP might not be skilled in that direction. It was the zone specification that I was referring to.
