We are living overseas at the moment and are looking to buy a family home within an 30/40 mins of Catterick. I can’t visit the areas at the moment- obv. So would love any opinions to help steer us.
I know Darlington has it’s nice and dodgy areas but I would rather lively of a cit. I’d love to hear if anyone knows what Hurworth is like? Is it far enough away from Darlo to ‘feel’ separate? If you live there do you feel safe? I’ll be living as a single parent household with no immediate friends/contacts so would like to feel safe. Good schools and dog walks are my priority.
