I'm thinking of buying in Stockwell. Have seen a couple on both the Studley estate and the Stockwell Gardens Estate. Both 2 beds. Any thoughts about those estates/general area/safety/walking back from the tube at night?
I have lived in London for a couple of decades - but always north of the river - so unable to accurately gauge. Thanks for any thoughts.
