Matt or Glossy porcelain tiles?

I’m in the process of choosing the tiles for our kitchen extension - we’re having pale grey porcelain and I can’t decide which looks nicer - matt or glossy!

glossy ones will show smudges more easily and are slipper when wet, matt ones will show dirt more easily but are not as slippery as glossy ones

I wouldn't go with either, polished will drive you nuts because it will never look clean. And matt looks dull although it's the better option. Is there a semi-polished version available? You'd get that reflective look without the streaks every time you mop.
