Working in Euston - where to live?

Ideally I’d like a commute of no more than 45mins - and somewhere with a bit of green space, good shops, and I’d need 2 beds. My budget is around £350k
Any ideas of where to look?

Leighton buzzard is 30 mins commute to Euston. Plenty of greenery. Lovely town, close to rushmere country park - great for weekend walks. You would get a reasonable 3 bed home for £350k. Recommend Linslade side of town as it’s walkable to train station.

Think about commute door to door. A friend lives in Milton Keynes and commutes to Central London. Her annual train fare is eye watering. Yes the train to Euston is quick but add in getting to station, parking etc then a door to door commute can quickly become a very long one.
