We have a large conservatory running across the rear of our property that can be accessed from our dining kitchen. The property was my parents home and when building the conservatory, had deeper footings passed by building regs should they wish to convert to a single story extension at a later date. The conservatory has a concrete floor, two large radiators and electricity. It is a lean to conservatory built upon a dwarf wall approx 3 metres by 7 metres dimensions. I’m just wondering if anyone here has done a conversion from a conservatory to a single story roofed extension. We want to remove the supporting wall between kitchen and conservatory and add bifolding doors. A very rough estimate of cost would be great.
