Anyone been selling in Banbury recently?

What is the market doing just now?

Seems to be quite a few places around - depends on what you're looking for. Loads of new builds around the edge of town. However it's definitely slowed down from last summer. My friend had her place snapped up in a week at 5% above asking price in July.

It's more I might have a house to sell and I'm not local anymore, it's been let for many years since we moved away.
