The Lounge Co - any experience?

Hi,
We are in the midst of enormous wrap round 2 story extension (what better time than a pandemic!!) and fast approaching the time when the floors will be laid and we can put new furniture in. Given the lead times we probably need to order now.

Have been looking at the Melody sofa from the Lounge Co but worried as their trust pilot reviews don't look great. I realise though that negative reviews are self selecting as good experiences don't get recorded so wondered if I could get the experience of Mumsnet before I commit.

You have never steered me wrong yet (DIY kitchens was a brilliant find thanks to this forum and has saved us thousands).

I have a Lounge co 4 seater 2 cushion sofa (sorry, can't remember the name of the style, but I do remember the fabric - Inkcap Mushroom!) & it's honestly brilliant. It's a few years old now & still looks & feels pretty much brand new. Would definitely recommend.
IIRC they are a subdivision of some larger furniture manufacturer?

We got ours from an outlet store which was up near Derby.

Just checked out the negative Trustpilot reviews - looks like they are mostly related to delayed deliveries/damage - sorry, I can't comment on that as I got lucky in that the model we wanted was in the outlet store so we just went & picked it up in a van.
