Talk to me about shower rooms

We have space to fit a shower room in our house. (Have a small bathroom with bath separate).

Will just be a shower, sink and toilet. Anyone got good style ideas or ideas of how and where to start? Any no nos or go tos you'd wish you'd known? Have no ideas about styles or where to go.

For context we are a family of me, husband, have a toddler and hopefully another at one point.

A good power shower and decent sized pump. Also we have a rainfall head fixed to the ceiling with separate hand held attachment, which was useful when the children were small and didn't like getting water in their eyes. I love the rainfall head, it's so good for waking up in the morning!

I'd have a wetroom style floor purely for cleaning ease.

I like both of these.
