Kingsfield Park, Tytherington

Hi,

Has anyone got any information about Kingsfield Park in Tytherington - It’s Macclesfield way. We are looking to move there and wanted some reviews on the properties in general, what the estate is like and if the schools are decent?

The information I’ve found online is all very developer led, so it would be nice to get a different take, if possible.

Hi, I live in Tytherington.

Positives are it's a fabulous place to live with brilliant schools. Marlborough is ok, I'm a while out of there now, Tytherington School is brilliant, really on the up. The head is a diamond and fully works his ambitious school at the heart of the community aim.

The houses are right by the Middlewood Way and have great access to the countryside. You can easily walk to the pubs and open spaces of Bollington or to town.

I would say a negative was proximity to the Silk Road but some houses are closer than others and of course it also means closer to the road network.

Macc's a great place for families with (usually) plenty going on. Teens like having the chance to leave on the train and go to Manchester 😊
